LONDON 2026
10th Annual Demidov Summer Course with Andrei Malaev-Babel
June 22-27, 2026 | London
Train directly with Professor Andrei Malaev-Babel, head and certifying master teacher of the International Demidov Association, in a rare, fully immersive on-site course dedicated to the Culture of Freedom — the central principle of the Demidov School of Acting.
Over six intensive days (36 hours), participants engage in a focused, practical exploration of organic acting: developing spontaneity, deep responsiveness, and the ability to live truthfully within given circumstances — without forcing, controlling, or anticipating results.
This course is designed for artists who are no longer seeking more technique, but fewer obstacles — and who are ready to work toward freedom not as a feeling, but as a disciplined creative state.
Originally held in and outside of Moscow and now returning on-site, the Demidov Summer Course has become a cornerstone of contemporary Demidov training worldwide. Over the past decade, it has welcomed actors, directors, and teachers from across the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America. The 10th Annual Course marks a culmination — an integrated, mature articulation of Demidov’s psycho-technique as a living system rather than a set of ideas.

Let the living stage begin.
“This training is not about constructing behavior. It is about freeing the artist within—quieting the noise of control and allowing the subconscious to speak. It is a return to the art of truly living on stage and on camera.”
— Professor Andrei Malaev-Babel
